great stay in Anuradhapura with friendly staff! amazing location, short walk to lake and town. accommodating breakfast times, even for early train departure. Montana Rest exceeded expectations, lovely house with outdoor seating, clean rooms, and helpful staff for sightseeing suggestions.

The room at Montana Rest Apartments was cozy and comfortable, with a nice tile floor and air conditioning to keep us cool. The soundproofing was a great touch for a peaceful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the satellite TV and minibar in the twin/double room.
Personally, I found the private bathroom a bit small, but others may not mind.

The double room at Montana Rest Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The tile floor and soundproofing made it feel so cozy and peaceful. Having air conditioning was a huge bonus on hot days. Plus, the satellite TV kept me entertained during downtime.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the minibar in the twin/double room. But hey, that's just my preference.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect, want het was op loopafstand van het centrum van de stad. Gelukkig bood het hotel fietsen aan voor gasten, waardoor het nog makkelijker was om de stad te verkennen. Het huis zelf was natuurlijk geweldig, met verschillende kamers beschikbaar voor gasten. De woonkamer met keuken op de begane grond was ruim en uitnodigend, ideaal om te ontspannen en samen te komen. Het was natuurlijk handig dat er parkeergelegenheid was op het ruime erf.
Het kleine minpuntje was echter de kwaliteit van de fietsen die het hotel aanbood. Hoewel ze gratis waren, waren ze niet van de beste kwaliteit en konden ze wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.
